




Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to manage accounts receivable, with assertive communication skills and support in accounting tasks, achieving objectives within an advertising company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Contacting customers for debt management and payment agreements 2. Issuing and recording payment vouchers, bank reconciliations 3. Supporting accounting tasks and achieving objectives We are an advertising company currently seeking an Accounting Assistant responsible for efficiently performing Accounts Receivable functions while maintaining polite language and assertive communication. REQUIREMENTS: * University or technical graduate (Bachelor's degree or equivalent) in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields * Minimum 2 years of experience * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency * Proficiency in the Siscont Accounting System * Negotiation and persuasion skills * Ability to work under pressure * Strong sense of responsibility, organized, critical thinking, and immediate availability.
