We are looking for an **Administrative Assistant** with experience in billing to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the accurate issuance of commercial documents, procurement management, and accounts receivable tracking, contributing to operational efficiency and financial accuracy. **Responsibilities** * Issuance of electronic payment receipts (invoices, sales receipts, credit notes). * Management and control of purchase orders. * Reconciliation of received payments. * Tracking and management of accounts receivable. * Collaboration with other departments to maintain operational efficiency. * Ensuring accuracy of financial records related to billing and collections. **Requirements** * Proven experience in administrative and billing tasks. * Knowledge of issuing electronic payment receipts. * Ability to manage purchase orders and payment reconciliations. * Capability to track accounts receivable. * Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills. * Proactivity and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
