




Position Summary: This role involves planning, organizing, directing, and controlling administrative, financial, and operational processes to ensure efficient resource utilization and company growth. POSITION MISSION Plan, organize, direct, and control the company's administrative, financial, and operational processes, ensuring efficient use of resources, compliance with internal policies, and continuity of operations, thereby contributing to the organization's growth and profitability in the industrial electricity sector. JOB FUNCTIONS \- Plan and supervise the company's administrative activities. \- Control and manage the budget, cash flow, and operational expenses. \- Supervise procurement, supply chain, and vendor contracting processes. \- Manage issuance and tracking of quotations, purchase orders, invoicing, and collections. \- Coordinate with Operations, Accounting, Engineering, Logistics, SSOMA, and Human Resources departments to ensure project compliance. \- Supervise compliance with contracts, tenders, and administrative documentation required by clients. \- Prepare managerial reports and performance indicators for decision-making. \- Ensure compliance with tax, labor, and administrative obligations. \- Supervise human resources processes related to attendance, vacations, employment contracts, and personnel documentation. \- Coordinate maintenance of assets, equipment, vehicles, and administrative infrastructure. \- Implement improvements in administrative processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree or professional title in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. KNOWLEDGE * Business administration and management. * Financial management and budgeting. * Basic accounting and cost analysis. * Peruvian labor and tax legislation. * Procurement, logistics, and inventory control. * Development and monitoring of management indicators (KPIs). * Administration of administrative processes in service-oriented or industrial project-based companies. * Knowledge of contracting, tendering, and contractual documentation. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Experience with ERP systems or administrative software (preferred). * Knowledge of electronic invoicing and document management. * Familiarity with the industrial electricity sector, medium- and low-voltage projects, and electrical maintenance services is preferred.
