TRALEX CARGO is a company dedicated to national cargo and parcel transportation; it is currently seeking personnel for the position of COUNTER ADVISOR in Arequipa. REQUIREMENTS: * Age between 23 and 34 years. * Minimum 6 months of experience in CUSTOMER SERVICE. * Experience in cargo or courier companies. * Computer and typing skills. * Positive attitude and willingness to learn. * Immediate availability to start work. * Availability to work rotating shifts. FUNCTIONS: * Deliver excellent customer service. * Receive and/or deliver parcels at the counter. * Verify proper packaging of goods according to protocol. * Issue waybills, electronic invoices, and receipts. * Operate POS devices. * Maintain a clean and organized workspace. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
