Working Hours: * Monday to Friday: 8:30 am to 6:00 pm * Saturdays: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm Requirements: * Student or graduate in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Minimum 6 months of experience in administrative roles. * Experience in customer service (not mandatory). * Availability to work onsite in the district of Lince. Skills: * Honesty and professional attitude. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Responsible, organized, and proactive. * Problem-solving ability. * Ability to organize and handle confidential information. * Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Responsibilities: * Perform photocopying, scanning, and documentary archiving. * Manage and track emails. * Update and maintain administrative documents in order. * Verify and record company expenses. * Keep the general database up to date. * Prepare administrative documents, reports, and summaries. * Coordinate with clients on service-related matters. * Maintain physical and digital files in order. * Support scheduling and tracking of service programming. * Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
