Support in preparation of Financial Statements and tax returns At TDR Outsourcing, we are looking for an Accounting Assistant to join our team for customer service. Work is primarily conducted remotely (Home Office), but occasional office attendance twice per week may be required. **REQUIREMENTS** Graduate, Bachelor's degree holder, or certified professional in Accounting Knowledge of the CONCAR accounting system (Mandatory) Strong knowledge of tax regulations (IGV, Income Tax, Retentions) Knowledge of IFRS and IAS Strong interpersonal skills, dynamic, analytical, proactive, cooperative, and leadership-oriented Residence in the district of Chorrillos or neighboring districts (Preferred) **FUNCTIONS** Recording transactions in CONCAR Analyzing and substantiating account balances in the Balance Sheet and Income Statement Support in preparation of Financial Statements Calculation and filing of monthly and annual taxes Knowledge of SIRE Preparation and calculation of clients' monthly payroll Filing electronic books in the PLE Responding effectively and efficiently to SUNAT inquiries Other duties related to the position **JOB OBJECTIVES** To manage and ensure accurate accounting recording and tax compliance for the organization, guaranteeing well-organized supporting documentation and timely support for the accounting closing process and tax filings.
