At **Waska S.A.C.**, we continue growing and seek a meticulous, proactive, and strategically minded **Accounting Analyst**, ready to lead our control processes, account analysis, and tax compliance activities. **What will be your impact in this role?** * **Closing Leadership:** Structure and execute balance sheet and income statement account analysis to ensure timely and accurate monthly closings. * **Tax Strategy:** Prepare key information for monthly tax filings (IGV, Income Tax, PLAME) and lead the submission of electronic books (SIRE / PLE). * **Reconciliation and Control:** Perform bank reconciliations and supervise the proper recording of deductions, withholdings, and provisions in our system. * **Management Support:** Prepare preliminary financial reports and statements to support management decision-making and auditing. **What profile are we looking for?** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree or professional title in Accounting. * **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years in similar positions (e.g., Assistant or Analyst). * **Technical Knowledge:** * Up-to-date knowledge of tax regulations and SUNAT platforms. * Proficiency in accounting ERP systems (Starsoft or similar highly preferred). * Intermediate–advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, and data cross-referencing). * **Skills:** Strong organizational sense, critical analytical ability, and process improvement orientation. **What do we offer?** * Formal employment under MYPE payroll from day one. * The opportunity to contribute to and implement improvements in a key area of the company. * An excellent work environment, job stability, and a highly collaborative team. * A strategically located workplace in Southern Lima (Villa El Salvador).
