




Job Summary: We are seeking an Import and Documentation Assistant to manage files, track payments, and support administrative procedures in the imports department. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage documentation and ensure its proper registration. 2. Support customs procedures and administrative functions. 3. Focus on organization and attention to detail. We are a company dedicated to the importation and distribution of electronic equipment. We are currently looking for an **Import and Documentation Assistant.** Responsibilities: * Manage and maintain up-to-date physical and digital archives of import documentation. * Perform reconciliation and tracking of overseas payments. * Manage documentation for non-resident suppliers. * Monitor processes related to drawback claims. * Provide support for administrative procedures and tasks within the imports department. * Organize and control documentation to ensure its availability and accurate registration. * Assist with other administrative duties assigned by the department. Requirements: * Graduate in Administration, International Business, Foreign Trade, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative or document management roles. * Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, at an intermediate level. * Experience and knowledge of customs procedures. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Proactivity, responsibility, and ability to work collaboratively. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. District: Surco MYPE Regime Salary: S/.1,063.62 \- S/.2,352.17 per month Workplace: On-site employment
