Clínica Innomedic, a leader in occupational health, is seeking top talent to join its team for the following position:
**\*Requirements:**
* Graduates and/or Bachelor's degree holders in Business Administration or related technical or university programs.
* Minimum 3–6 months of experience in related positions.
* Intermediate-level knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel).
* Willingness to learn and strong sense of commitment.
* Availability to work in the district of San Borja.
**\*Responsibilities:**
* Validate supporting documents, payment receipts, and bank transactions to ensure payment clearance for services delivered digitally and physically.
* Validate medical services not recorded in the system; coordinate with scheduling and billing departments.
* Download and analyze database records in Excel using required formulas to obtain the exact count and valuation of each unbilled service.
* Generate reports with indicators and statistical charts based on reconciled company information.
* Coordinate resolution for unbilled services (liaise with billing department, sales representative, and client).
* Prepare a statistical summary of all companies served, indicating their current status.
* Enter data into the database to facilitate preparation of valuations and track documentation required for billing (Adecco Company).
* Consolidate and submit valuations for medical services rendered, according to the credit status of the list of companies.
* Issue sales documents—including invoices, receipts, credit notes, and re-invoicing—via the SUNAT portal, as required by clients and coordinated with the immediate supervisor.
* Coordinate with the sales department regarding observations (changes in services or price adjustments) and/or lack of response from companies.
* Provide requested information to companies via email.
* Comply with occupational safety and health program regulations, as well as company policies and instructions.
* Verify and monitor weekly reconciliation of cash, cash-on-delivery, and campaign-related services.
* Perform all other duties related to this position or assigned by the immediate supervisor.
