Fostering a positive work environment We are Creditomype, a rapidly growing fintech company, and we are looking for our next Branch Administrator to guide a team of commercial advisors toward shared goals and position our branch in Cusco. **Requirements:** \* Graduate or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields. \* Minimum 3 years of experience as a branch administrator in the financial sector (verifiable). \* Experience in personnel administration. \* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. \* Strong verbal and written communication skills. \* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment. \* Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). **Responsibilities:** \* Supervise and control daily and periodic agency operations, ensuring compliance with Creditomype's internal standards. \* Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures. \* Respond to phone calls, emails, and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence. \* Lead and motivate the workforce, promoting a positive work environment. \* Manage cash flow and daily transactions. \* Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and promptly. \* Manage the agency’s material and technological resources. \* Safeguard and control the entry and exit of valuable documents related to the agency’s active and passive operations. \* Coordinate and execute administrative processes, such as vendor payments, licenses, and other formalities, as well as agency maintenance. \* Manage and coordinate handling of complaints regarding the company’s products and services at the agency. \* Monitor progress toward established credit and savings targets to achieve agency objectives. **Benefits:** \* Formal employment under the MYPE regime \* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM; Saturdays, 9 AM to 1 PM \* Opportunities for professional development and growth \* Salary range: 2000 \- 2500 (subject to evaluation) \* Commission scale Employment type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.2,500\.00 per month Application questions: * Are you available to start immediately? * Do you have 2 years of experience in this role? * The salary range is 2000 to 2500 gross — do you agree? * To contact you, please provide your mobile number (calls and WhatsApp) Work location: On-site employment
