Key Responsibilities: * Education: Completed High School Diploma or Incomplete Bachelor’s Degree * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Minimum one year of experience in financial institutions and in a similar position. * Enthusiasm for fieldwork (door-to-door outreach) * Passion for sales, strong communication skills, dynamism, and proactivity. * Organization, sales ability, effective communication, negotiation, analytical capability, attention to detail JOB FUNCTIONS * Plan and achieve team performance targets. * Properly deliver microcredit services to micro-entrepreneurs. * Submit monthly portfolio closing reports. * Continuously train and develop the workforce. * Build a strong team by providing guidance, direction, and motivation. * Conduct appropriate onboarding for new Credit Officers and Administrative Assistants.
