




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to lead and develop a team focused on microcredit services and achieving field-based targets. Key Highlights: 1. Key Responsibilities: * Education: Completed High School Diploma or Incomplete Bachelor’s Degree * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Minimum one year of experience in financial institutions and in a similar position. * Interest in fieldwork (door-to-door visits) * Interest in sales, strong verbal communication skills, dynamism, and proactivity. * Organization, sales ability, effective communication, negotiation, analytical capacity, attention to detail KEY FUNCTIONS * Plan and achieve team performance targets. * Provide appropriate microcredit services to micro-entrepreneurs. * Submit monthly portfolio closing reports. * Continuously train and develop the team. * Build a strong team by providing guidance, direction, and motivation. * Conduct proper onboarding for new Credit Officers and Administrative Assistants.
