Position Summary: SANTED is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to coordinate with municipal inspectors, manage INDECI procedures, and update electrical drawings. Key Highlights: 1. Updating of electrical drawings We are SANTED, a company specialized in general services, and we are looking for a Construction Supervisor to join our team. Requirements: - Knowledge of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related fields - Minimum academic degree: Bachelor's degree - Proficiency in AutoCAD (Intermediate level) and Excel (Intermediate level) - 1–2 years of experience as a construction supervisor or in INDECI-related roles Responsibilities: - Directly coordinate with municipal inspectors to address and resolve observations arising from inspections and technical visits. - Manage and process INDECI inspection procedures for stations with municipal authorities. - Review and update electrical drawings, including single-line diagrams, load schedules, and circuit directories. - Standardize and organize technical and administrative documentation related to INDECI. - Prepare and update monthly INDECI area performance indicators, as well as submit follow-up reports.
