We invite you to join our team as a **CyberSOC L1 Analyst**. **The ideal profile: Is it you?** * Technical or university graduate in Telecommunications, Systems, Computer Science, Networks and Communications, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Certifications in cybersecurity and networking. * Knowledge of infrastructure and networks, monitoring tools and SIEM, indicators of compromise (IoC). * 1 year of experience in similar roles such as SOC analyst, perimeter security, or NGSIEM solutions. **Extra points (desirable):** * Knowledge of Threat Intelligence, ISO 27001 standard. * Knowledge of Firewall – IDS/IPS. * Intermediate English level. * Basic Linux knowledge. **Main responsibilities and challenges you’ll have with us:** * Monitor and analyze security alerts, reporting potential incidents to maintain the integrity and protection of client organizations. * Continuously track reported alerts and escalate critical cases requiring higher expertise to Level 2 or Level 3 analysts to ensure prompt resolution. * Immediately notify clients of detected critical cases, reducing risks and minimizing operational impact. * Respond to client investigation requests, providing detailed analysis and clarifying doubts regarding security incidents. * Prepare security reports including statistical analysis of solution performance, ensuring visibility into security status. * Conduct effective shift handovers, documenting open cases and pending actions to ensure continuity of monitoring. * Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure proper information flow and effective incident resolution. * Other duties related to the position. **Benefits to grow together:** * Professional development opportunity and career path. * 100% EPS health insurance coverage.* * Birthday leave day. * Continuous training and certifications. * Culture of recognition and a collaborative environment. **If you’re ready to join this great team, send your CV to talento@imperia.com.pe / andrea.balcazar@imperia.com.pe indicating the position and salary expectations.
