JOB DESCRIPTION On behalf of our client, we are seeking a **Data Entry\-Analyst** to perform the following: Main Responsibilities: * Facilitate activities related to customer onboarding (e.g., document review and upload, AML searches, etc.). * Use CRM and other company systems to create, maintain, and update customer records. * Extract financial information from brokerage account statements and input the data into various investment analysis systems and Microsoft Excel. * Investigate, analyze, and resolve issues identified by functional team members and Financial Advisor teams. * Generate ad hoc reports based on business needs and respond to related inquiries. * Ensure the accuracy of generated reports and information provided to other key stakeholders. * Reconcile information across multiple CRM systems. * Provide customer support through inbox management and email routing. * Identify process failures and propose solutions to enhance simplification and effectiveness within the functional team. * Comply with company control policies and procedures. * Other assigned duties. REQUIREMENTS * 0–3 years of experience in data entry or customer service. * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Business, or related fields. * Interest in the financial sector. * Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. * Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks while keeping the team informed of pending items. * Experience with Salesforce (preferred). * Proficiency in Excel. * Advanced English
