Today, we are looking for a **Driver Support Executive** — an organized, service-oriented individual capable of supporting our drivers and serving as the liaison between them and operations. What do you need? \*Technical or university studies in Administration, Industrial Relations, Communications, or related fields (incomplete or ongoing). \*Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, operational support, or administrative functions. \*Intermediate Excel skills (basic filters, tables, and consolidations). \*Proficiency in email and digital customer service platforms. \*Organization, proactivity, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. What will be your responsibilities? * Provide in-person and digital channel support to drivers. * Review and validate payroll settlements, verify payments, and record information in internal controls. * Track incidents until resolution. * Update reports and control dashboards in Excel. * Coordinate with various departments to resolve operational requests. * Support communications and activities of the department.
