You will be part of our sales team and have the opportunity to support individuals interested in professional training. Your main responsibilities will include: * Contacting potential customers interested in our educational programs. * Providing information and guidance via **phone calls, WhatsApp, and email**. * Identifying customer needs and guiding their purchasing decisions. * Following up with prospects until enrollment is finalized. * Meeting and exceeding **weekly and monthly sales targets**. * Keeping customer and sales opportunity information up to date. What are we looking for? * Completed high school education or currently enrolled in technical/university studies (including incomplete or ongoing programs). * **Minimum 3 months of sales experience**, in call centers or face-to-face sales. * Strong verbal communication and excellent interpersonal skills. * Proactive, dynamic, and results-oriented attitude. * Motivation to achieve and exceed sales goals. * Commitment, responsibility, and punctuality. * Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
