Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive young individual for the position of Electrical Intern, supporting installation, maintenance, and diagnosis of electrical systems, CCTV, and grounding systems. Key Highlights: 1. Support installation, maintenance, and diagnosis of electrical systems. 2. Assist in installing security cameras and configuring DVRs/NVRs. 3. Assist in excavation and preparation of grounding pits. We seek a proactive, eager-to-learn, and committed young person to fill the role of Electrical Intern. You will join a dynamic team where you’ll support the installation, maintenance, and diagnosis of residential and industrial electrical systems, closed-circuit television (CCTV), and grounding systems. It’s the perfect opportunity to gain hands-on field experience! Main Responsibilities The intern will provide support to the lead technician in the following activities: Electrical: Assistance with structured cabling, conduit installation, electrical panel assembly, light fixture replacement, and basic electrical fault detection. Security Cameras (CCTV): Collaboration on physical installation of IP and analog cameras, cable routing, network cable (RJ45\) or coaxial cable termination, and basic configuration of DVRs/NVRs. Grounding Pits: Assistance in excavation, preparation of chemical compounds (conductive gels), installation of copper electrodes/rods, and support in measuring resistance (ohmmeter testing) using a ground resistance tester (telurómetro). Maintenance: Perform preventive cleaning of security equipment and electrical components. Order and Safety: Keep tools organized and strictly comply with safety protocols and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Required Profile (Requirements) Education: Student in final semesters or technical graduate in fields such as Industrial Electricity, Electronics, Networks and Connectivity, or related disciplines (e.g., Senati, Tecsup, Cibertec). Experience: Prior experience is not mandatory, but hands-on work (e.g., freelance jobs or personal projects) in electricity or networking will be highly valued. Basic Knowledge: Use of hand tools (drill, multimeter, pliers, angle grinder). Basic ability to read electrical schematics. Soft Skills: Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality. Ability to work in a team and follow precise instructions. Good physical condition (fieldwork and occasional work at heights).
