Therefore, we are currently searching for top talent to fill the position of **Field Commercial Executive – Technical Services / Cajamarca.** **Requirements:** * Valid Class A1 driver's license. (Mandatory) * Experience in the commercial field. **Responsibilities** **Problem-Solving and Assertiveness in Addressing Customer Inquiries** * Provide technical support to resolve technical fault issues. * Develop new on-site solutions to prevent future complaints. * Submit maintenance/installation/sales/prospect reports required for other departments' awareness. **Quality** * Adhere to established occupational safety and hygiene standards. * Ensure quality compliance in all assigned tasks. **Upselling** * Conduct expansions (sales of new equipment) during assigned maintenance tasks. * Maintain records of maintenance activities and assigned materials. * Audit newly installed systems. **Sales** * Prospect identification through referrals from current customers and/or non-customers. * Closing high-impact sales. * Ensuring correct installation of sold services. **Alarm System Installation** * Perform new installations. * Collect payments for new installations for subsequent billing. * Meet company-established targets. * Maintain records of activities and assigned materials. **WE OFFER:** * Formal employment registration. * Food card \+ Commissions. * Career development path. * Pleasant working environment. * Health insurance (EPS).
