Job Summary: Verisure Peru is seeking an FSA Operator to manage technical visit and installation scheduling, ensuring excellent customer experience and optimal route organization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer call handling for scheduling technical visits 2. Organization and tracking of maintenance and installation schedules 3. Therefore, we are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of **FSA Operator**. **Your main challenges will be:** * Handling customer calls with quality throughout the technical visit and/or installation scheduling process, ensuring an excellent customer experience. * Correctly using the current scheduling tool to maximize first-line scheduling. * Monitoring and immediately responding to cancellations of scheduled appointments. * Organizing maintenance or installation schedules to ensure the most optimal route. * Verifying and submitting the finalized schedule for the following day. * Daily tracking and monitoring of requirements, as well as correction of installations or maintenance tasks. * Addressing scheduling-related requests from various departments. * Handling technician calls to provide support for assigned scheduling. * Maintaining active login status except during breaks, active pauses, and pre-arranged coordination sessions. * Performing other duties assigned to the position. **What are we looking for?** * A university or technical degree is desirable. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Experience in telephone-based appointment scheduling and follow-up. **What we offer:** * All statutory benefits. * Health insurance (EPS) covered at 80% starting from the 3rd month. * 100% oncological insurance coverage starting from the 3rd month. * Food card. * Annual performance bonus. * Career progression opportunities. * Training through Workday Learning. * Opportunity to join a company certified by Great Place to Work.
