Position Summary: We are seeking an external Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to manage comprehensive accounting and tax advisory services for an engineering company. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive accounting management and tax filings with SUNAT 2. Ongoing tax advisory services to optimize the company's tax burden 3. Proficiency in accounting software and Peruvian tax regulations At **ARYEN EPCM**, an engineering company specializing in the mining sector, we are seeking a **Certified Public Accountant (CPA)** (independent professional or accounting firm) to manage our accounting **externally**, ensuring strict compliance with all fiscal and tax obligations before **SUNAT**. **What are we looking for?** * **Engagement Model:** External / Monthly fee-based. * **Profile:** Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with experience in engineering service companies, construction firms, contractors, or related sectors. * **Objective:** Comprehensive accounting management, monthly/annual tax filings, and ongoing tax advisory services. **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparation and submission of monthly (IGV, Income Tax, PLAME) and annual tax returns to **SUNAT**. * Management and control of the Electronic Invoice Issuance System (invoices, receipts, credit/debit notes). * Maintenance of electronic accounting books (Purchases Register, Sales Register, Daily Journal, etc.). * Accurate control and application of deductions, withholdings, and collections according to the applicable category. * Preparation of financial statements (Balance Sheet and Income Statement) to support decision-making. * Ongoing advisory services regarding SUNAT regulatory updates to legally optimize the company’s tax burden. **Requirements:** * Certified Public Accountant (CPA), duly licensed and authorized. * Experience managing accounting for legal entities (MYPE Tax Regime or General Regime). * In-depth knowledge of current Peruvian tax regulations and SUNAT audit procedures. * Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Concar, Siscont, StarSoft, or similar). * Availability for periodic coordination meetings (virtual or in-person as required).
