Job Summary: We are seeking a Glazier/Partition Maintenance Technician to support the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance services, ensuring quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support preventive and corrective maintenance of partitions and doors. 2. Assist in handling operational incidents under supervision. 3. Collaborate in preparing and organizing tools and equipment. Our client, a leading Construction and Projects company, has entrusted us with identifying top talent for the position of: GLAZIER / PARTITION MAINTENANCE Provide support in executing preventive and corrective maintenance services for partitions, glass doors, and related components, ensuring compliance with the company's established quality, safety, and service standards. REQUIREMENTS: \- Completed secondary education. \- Technical studies in construction, maintenance, metal carpentry, glazing, or related fields are desirable. \- Basic training in installation and maintenance of partitions, glass doors, or related work is desirable. \- Basic knowledge of manual and electric tool usage. \- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in maintenance, construction, glazing, or similar activities. \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Support the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance of partitions, glass doors, locks, door closers, and accessories. \- Perform basic installation, dismantling, and adjustment tasks for partition components. \- Assist in handling operational incidents and emergencies under the supervision of the responsible technician. \- Support preparation, transportation, and organization of tools, materials, and work equipment. \- Maintain order and cleanliness in work areas before, during, and after each service. \- Collaborate in gathering information for service report preparation. \- Comply with occupational health and safety procedures while performing duties. \- Other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
