Position Summary: Consatel SAC is seeking an Engineering Assistant with a background in Telecommunications/Electronics to provide support in projects and system maintenance, manage documentation, and deliver technical support. System maintenance and technical support to customers At CONSATEL SAC, a company specialized in Telecommunications, we are looking for a professional to join our team: **GRADUATE IN TELECOMMUNICATIONS ENGINEERING / ELECTRONICS ENGINEERING**, to fill the position of **ENGINEERING ASSISTANT**. **Requirements:** \- Graduate or Bachelor's degree in TELECOMMUNICATIONS / ELECTRONICS \- 6 months to 1 year of experience in the field (not mandatory) \- Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel and office software (mandatory) \- Proficiency in the Windows operating system \- Knowledge of JAVA and databases \- Knowledge of MS Project (not mandatory) \- Proficiency in flowcharting \- Willingness to travel to provincial projects \- Organizational skills, sense of urgency, and willingness to learn \- Driver's license (desirable) \- Residence in areas near Lima District / Breña (desirable) **Responsibilities:** * Support in tracking submitted projects * Support in supervising the preparation of technical proposals * Manage various internal technical documents, guidelines, etc. * Provide support in project implementation * Implement required hardware and software * Maintain systems * Provide technical support for issues reported by customers * Generate technical reports and project reports * Analyze problems and monitor networks to ensure availability for users * Maintain efficiency of the communication system and network **Competencies:** * \- High degree of organization and planning\- Proactivity\- Teamwork\- Responsibility\- Ability to work under pressure **We Offer:** * Market-competitive salary * Excellent working environment * Opportunities for growth within the company * Training programs **Workplace:** LIMA DISTRICT (next to MTC) Job Type: Full-time Work Mode: On-site employment Salary: S/.1,200\.00 \- S/.1,300\.00 per month Work Mode: On-site employment
