Key Responsibilities:  Meet assigned individual credit indicators and targets  Stay current with required job-related trainings  Conduct outreach and open market niches for micro-entrepreneurs requiring individual credit  Ensure compliance with and correct application of VFM policies, processes, and protocols  Results oriented toward customer satisfaction  Quantitatively and qualitatively analyze prospects’ businesses to build a healthy loan portfolio  Follow up on collection management with delinquent customers, document actions taken, and complete corresponding forms  Accurately compile credit files generated  Serve prospects and customers at branch offices  Commitment to the organization’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
