Integration into an innovative multidisciplinary team. **AUTOTEC PERÚ**, a leading industrial-sector company specializing in projects, services, training, and the commercialization of automation and industrial instrumentation equipment—with plans for national and international expansion—is currently seeking professionals to serve as: Industrial Electricity Instructor We are looking for technical or university-educated professionals in Industrial Electricity, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Industrial Electrotechnics, Mechatronics, or related fields, with knowledge of industrial electrical installations, control systems, electrical maintenance, and safety standards, to deliver theoretical-practical training to students and industrial professionals. The instructor will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction focused on the practical application of industrial electricity and aligned with real industry needs. Main Responsibilities * Deliver theoretical-practical courses in Industrial Electricity. * Develop and update training modules related to electrical installations, industrial control, and electrical maintenance. * Provide technical support and guidance to students during practical exercises and projects. * Perform assembly, installation, diagnosis, and maintenance of industrial electrical systems. * Prepare and interpret power and control electrical diagrams using CADE SIMU and/or AutoCAD Electrical. * Conduct electrical measurements using measurement instruments such as multimeters, clamp meters, and megohmmeters. * Develop manuals, laboratory guides, and academic materials for training programs. * Conduct technical demonstrations and specialized training for clients and companies. * Participate in technical visits, data collection, and preparation of technical reports. * Support the preparation of quotations and technical proposals related to industrial electricity. * Assist in the transportation, receipt, and dispatch of electrical equipment when required. Requirements * Technical or university education in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electricity, Industrial Electrotechnics, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields. * Graduate, bachelor’s degree holder, or certified technician. * Minimum 6 months of experience in industrial electricity, electrical maintenance, or electrical project development (including pre-professional or professional internships). * Experience as an instructor or trainer (desirable). Knowledge of: * Industrial electricity. * Low-voltage industrial electrical installations. * Single-phase and three-phase electric motors. * Direct-on-line, star-delta, and reverse-rotation starting methods. * Power and control electrical panels. * Contactors, relays, motor protectors, thermomagnetic and differential circuit breakers. * Interpretation of electrical schematics and control diagrams. * Reading of single-line and multi-line diagrams. * Sensors, actuators, and electrical protection devices. * Variable frequency drives and soft starters (desirable). * Use of electrical measurement instruments. * Electrical safety regulations and safe work procedures. * Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and office tools.
