Is seeking a Warehouse Logistics Assistant Job Description: - Responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, ensuring proper receipt, storage, and distribution of products and spare parts. Requirements: - Technical qualification in logistics or warehouse management. - Prior experience in logistics or warehouse management. - Organizational and time-management skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse equipment. - Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability. Responsibilities: - Issue purchase orders (POs), verify quotations with suppliers, conduct procurement, store items, and record them in the system. - Receive and inspect incoming goods to ensure they match purchase orders and are in good condition. - Organize and store products efficiently to facilitate access and inventory rotation. - Conduct periodic inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records. - Prepare and pack orders according to quality standards, verifying item accuracy and documentation prior to dispatch. - Coordinate and supervise product dispatch to customers and construction sites. - Review and confirm that prepared orders match shipping documents, ensuring product accuracy and correct quantities before shipment. - Maintain a clean and organized warehouse area, complying with occupational health and safety regulations. - Manage inventory-related documentation and warehouse transaction records, including reports and merchandise movement logs.
