Job Summary: Perform maintenance, repair, and installation of company facilities and equipment, ensuring optimal functionality, safety, and appearance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain facilities in optimal condition 2. Perform a variety of maintenance tasks (masonry, electrical work, plumbing) 3. Assist with furniture assembly and relocation **Job Objective** Carry out maintenance, repair, installation, and conditioning of company facilities, equipment, and environments, ensuring they remain in optimal condition regarding functionality, safety, and appearance. **Main Responsibilities** * Execute preventive and corrective maintenance work on facilities. * Perform basic masonry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks. * Repair doors, windows, locks, furniture, walls, floors, and ceilings. * Install and repair lighting fixtures, power outlets, switches, and other basic electrical components. * Perform plumbing work: leak repairs, faucet replacements, sanitary ware, pipes, and accessories. * Perform painting and finishing work on walls, ceilings, structures, and furniture. * Assist with furniture and equipment assembly, disassembly, and relocation. * Identify defects and promptly report repair or replacement needs. * Use tools, equipment, and materials correctly. * Keep the work area clean and organized. * Comply with occupational safety and health regulations. * Perform other maintenance tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements** * Completed secondary education; technical training in maintenance, electricity, construction, or related fields is desirable. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in general maintenance or as a handyman. * Practical knowledge of electricity, plumbing, masonry, painting, and carpentry. * Proficiency in using manual and power tools. * Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues. * Availability to perform diverse tasks according to company needs. **Competencies** * Responsibility and punctuality. * Proactivity and initiative. * Problem-solving ability. * Teamwork. * Orderliness and organization. * Service orientation. * Adaptability and willingness to perform varied tasks. * Commitment to safety and work quality. **Job Conditions** * Working hours: as established by the company. * Work location: company premises and/or assigned sites. * Reports to: Operations Manager, Administrator, or Project Coordinator. * Requires use of appropriate tools and personal protective equipment according to the task performed.
