WHAT WOULD BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES? * Field technician supervision. * Continuous monitoring of network infrastructure. * Detection and resolution of technical incidents. * Ticket management and execution of preventive maintenance. * KPI management. REQUIREMENTS: * Graduate in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, Systems Engineering, or Computer Science. * Excel, operational reporting, Python, MySQL, Networking. * Strong motivation to work and grow within our company.
