




Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Assistant/Analyst to provide operational and administrative support to the Human Resources department, managing systems, payroll processing, and personnel-related procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Operational and administrative support in the Human Resources area. 2. Management of payroll and timekeeping systems, and processing of documents with SUNAT. 3. Preparation of payroll statements and advisory services to employees. We seek a Payroll Assistant/Analyst who provides operational and administrative support to the Human Resources department. APPLY WITH US! **Requirements:** * Completed technical education and/or university studies in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * 1–2 years of experience in similar or equivalent positions. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel) and Google Drive. * Familiarity with companies operating under the MYPE regime. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor the proper functioning of payroll and timekeeping systems. * Enter data for new employees into payroll and electronic timekeeping systems, and update corresponding systems accordingly. * Process employee registrations and cancellations with SUNAT. * Prepare payroll statements: salaries, vacation pay, CTS (Compensatory Time Savings), bonuses, and profit-sharing, in accordance with current regulations. * Timely preparation of the monthly AFPNET declaration and coordination with the Finance Department for its payment. * Timely preparation of the monthly PLAME declaration and coordination with the Finance Department for its payment. * Draft and manage employment contracts and their renewals for company staff. * Send payroll slips and CTS settlement documents to each employee’s email address. * Monitor relevant SUNAFIL email inboxes. * Advise and respond to employee requests, inquiries, complaints, and concerns. * Prepare certificates and reports as requested by immediate supervisors and/or management. **Benefits:** * Employment contract signed from the first day of work. * Enrollment in the MYPE payroll system, with all legally mandated benefits. * Competitive salary. * Opportunity to work for a growing company with a positive work environment. * Potential for professional growth and assumption of new challenges. * Positive workplace climate. **Benefits:** * MYPE payroll enrollment. * Competitive salary. * Employment contract signed from the first day of employment. **Working Hours:** * Monday–Friday: 8:30 am \- 6:00 pm * Saturday: 9:00 am \- 1:00 pm (not always) Salary: Starting at S/.1,800\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
