At **Water Partners**, we are seeking strategic talent for the **Planner** position. **What are we looking for in you?** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience leading project and production planning specifically in the industrial or manufacturing sector. * Strong knowledge of project and production planning (Project Management Diploma preferred). * Intermediate proficiency in MS Project and MS Office. * Experience with project management tools and, preferably, familiarity with hydraulic or electrical systems. **Your key challenges** * Design detailed schedules, resource allocation plans, and budgets for projects, maintenance, and operations. * Estimate material and personnel requirements by analyzing technical feasibility at each phase. * Coordinate with Logistics and Procurement departments to ensure continuous material flow in production. * Report milestone progress and proactively identify any deviations in cost, schedule, or quality. * Validate that final products meet technical specifications and customer requirements. * Promptly alert about potential risks and manage supplier follow-up on critical paths. **What do we offer?** * 100% covered EPS (for the employee) * All statutory benefits * Pleasant, inclusive, and respectful work environment * Location: Cercado de Lima | On-site mode Salary: S/.3,500.00 – S/.4,500.00 per month Application question(s): * Indicate your salary expectation Work location: On-site employment
