We are currently recruiting a **Planning and Scheduling Engineer** to join our team and contribute to key projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This role is part of a global team working toward common objectives. We operate as a single company across all locations, with shared responsibilities and a clear focus on accountability.
**Responsibilities**
* Manage, load, and monitor the SAP PM module (notifications, orders).
* Define and adapt Atlantica’s maintenance strategy according to maintenance history, roadmap, and corporate guidelines.
* Consolidate maintenance requests from the company and its clients, and manage their loading into the COES extranet system.
* Coordinate maintenance activities with companies belonging to the SEIN and COES.
* Participate in COES maintenance scheduling meetings and jointly approve related schedules with other companies.
* Notify companies of service restrictions due to company facility maintenance.
* Supervise Transmission System Performance in accordance with OSINERGMIN Procedure No. 091.
* Prepare and report maximum line and transformer demand values.
* Develop and update the Operational Contingency Plan.
* When required, prepare reports requesting force majeure for company facility failures.
* Monitor compliance with sector regulatory frameworks (NTCSE, P091, etc.).
* Respond to official communications from OSINERGMIN.
* Respond to COES communications.
* Prepare reports on transmitted energy and losses.
* Prepare and coordinate operational statistics.
* Daily availability reporting.
* Track completion of maintenance activities.
* Other duties assigned by the Operations Supervisor.
**Education**
* Preferred specialization in Power Electrical Systems or Maintenance Management.
**Experience and Technical Skills**
* SAP PM module management.
* Knowledge of maintenance management.
* Intermediate level of Office proficiency.
* Familiarity with COES and OSINERGMIN procedures.
* Compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
