Attention to detail and responsibility regarding sensitive information At Skechers Peru, we are seeking a Payroll Intern. The Payroll Intern supports onboarding and personnel administration processes, ensuring proper document management and up-to-date maintenance of physical and digital personnel files. Their role includes receiving, validating, and archiving documents, as well as digitizing and organizing personnel files. Additionally, they serve as the first point of contact for employees delivering or collecting documentation, ensuring confidentiality and order. They also assist in managing files of terminated employees, controlling document archives, and classifying documents related to separations and social benefit settlements. This position requires attention to detail, responsibility in handling sensitive information, and willingness to support additional administrative tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.**PERSONNEL ONBOARDING** * Receive, review, and classify documents submitted by employees (e.g., employment contracts, addendums, medical certificates, enrollment forms, etc.). * Support execution of the documentary process for new employee onboarding. * Verify that received documents contain correct signatures and formats prior to processing. * Digitize personnel files and maintain the database updated according to reported changes. * Serve as the first point of contact for delivery and receipt of documents, ensuring discretion and confidentiality. * Support receipt and verification of onboarding documents using the onboarding checklist. * Coordinate delivery of forms and documents for signature in personnel files. * Follow up on pending documents required for file completion. * Organize and archive the personnel file once complete. **PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION:** * Support organization and updating of personnel files for employees whose employment relationship has ended. * Maintain physical and digital files in chronological and logical order. * Classify and archive documents related to employee separations and social benefit settlements. * Scan and upload documents into shared folders following established naming conventions. **Requirements:** * University or technical students from the 6th semester onward in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Industrial Engineering programs. (Not graduates) * Basic knowledge of filing systems and organization.
