Job Summary: Maintenance technician with experience in refrigeration, electricity, basic electronics, and plumbing to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment 2. Maintenance of electromechanical equipment, hot equipment, and grease traps 3. Inspection and supervision of equipment and infrastructure operation A well-known restaurant chain is seeking maintenance technicians. Requirements: \- Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technician \- Knowledge of electricity. \- Knowledge of basic electronics. \- Knowledge of plumbing. \- Minimum 2 years of experience in refrigeration. \- Availability to travel across the districts of Barranco, Surco, Miraflores, and Magdalena • Availability: Rotating shifts: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM / Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM / Overnight shift: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM (only if necessary) Main Responsibilities: \- Preventive and corrective maintenance of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment. \- Preventive and corrective maintenance of the group's electromechanical equipment. \- Preventive maintenance of hot equipment, kitchen equipment, or grease traps. \- Inspect and report on proper equipment operation and infrastructure condition at group locations. \- Supervise and monitor third-party vendor work. * Benefits: \- Salary S/1130.00 \+ S/570.00 \- S/670.00 (Based on evaluation) \- Covered lunches \- Full benefits under the General Payroll Regime Salary: S/.1,600.00 \- S/.1,800.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
