Strong focus on customer advisory and follow-up Our client, a prominent real estate company (specializing in land lots and apartments), is looking for a **Sales Advisor – RESIDENT IN AREQUIPA.** **Job Mission:** Manage lead generation and customer advisory, conduct commercial follow-up, and provide support throughout the entire sales process, ensuring an appropriate customer experience and achievement of commercial objectives. **Responsibilities:** * Identify customer needs, provide advisory services, and close sales. * Conduct telephone prospecting and lead generation. * Execute consistent follow-up on commercial opportunities. * Contact customers via telephone, WhatsApp, and email. * Maintain strong customer relationships and provide post-sale follow-up. * Update customer and opportunity information in the CRM. * Report sales progress and status to the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Technical or university education (completed or incomplete). * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in land lot sales within the real estate sector. * Proficiency in Office and Outlook. * CRM proficiency. * WhatsApp Business proficiency is desirable. * Availability to work onsite in Arequipa. **Conditions:** * Onsite work mode. * Working hours: Monday to Sunday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (1.5 rotating days off per week). * Fixed salary + commissions + performance bonus. * Formal employment registration and statutory benefits. **If you meet the profile and are interested in this vacancy, apply now ✅** At TriSûr Consulting Group, we firmly believe in equal opportunities for all genders and promote generational, ethnic, and national diversity; individuals with different abilities are welcome, in accordance with Law No. 29973.
