Position Summary: We are seeking a Real Estate Sales Advisor to manage lead generation and customer consultation for potential clients in Lima Top projects, ensuring achievement of commercial objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer consultation and lead generation for real estate projects 2. Commercial follow-up and support throughout the sales process 3. Customer relationship management and post-sales follow-up Our client, a leading company in the real estate sector, is looking for a **Sales Advisor – LIMA**. **Position Mission:** To manage lead generation and customer consultation for potential clients in Lima Top real estate projects, performing commercial follow-up and providing support throughout the entire sales process, ensuring achievement of commercial objectives. **Responsibilities:** * Identify customer needs, provide consultation, and close sales. * Conduct telephone prospecting and generate potential leads. * Execute consistent follow-up on commercial opportunities. * Contact customers via telephone, WhatsApp, and email. * Maintain strong customer relationships and provide post-sales follow-up. * Update customer and opportunity information in the CRM. * Report sales progress and status to the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Technical or university education (completed or incomplete). * Minimum 1–2 years of experience selling apartments or vertical real estate projects. * Experience selling real estate projects in Miraflores, San Isidro, Surco, or San Borja (highly desirable). * Proficiency in Office, Outlook, and lead management. * WhatsApp Business proficiency preferred. * Availability to work onsite in Miraflores. **Conditions:** * Onsite work mode. * Working hours: Monday to Sunday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (1.5 rotating rest days per week). * Fixed salary + commissions + performance bonus. * Formal employment registration and statutory benefits.
