Preparation of documentation for tenders A pharmaceutical company located in Chorrillos is seeking personnel to fill the position of BILLING ASSISTANT with experience (both public and private sectors). Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical sector. * Technical qualification in billing or accounting (Technical profile). * Residence in Chorrillos or neighboring districts (preferred). Responsibilities: * Issuance of electronic invoices, shipping guides, credit notes, debit notes, and others. * Order control and purchase order management. * Telephone and email coordination with customers regarding acceptance or observations upon receipt of fulfilled orders. * Preparation of documents for delivery of tender orders. * Other duties as required by the position or management. Required Competencies: * Intermediate-level Word and Excel proficiency. * Teamwork. * Proactivity. * Ability to work under pressure. Salary: S/.1,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
