Autonomous interaction with various departments across different countries. **Example of Your Day** You will be responsible for preparing service, project, and spare parts offers for customers in Power Generation, Oil and Gas, and Industry—specifically in the control and digitalization domain—for Peru, Colombia, and Bolivia. Additionally, you will support the entire regional marketing and sales process for the business unit, including market research, trend analysis, and assessment of gaps in existing solutions. This position offers continuous technical and commercial challenges for personal and professional growth. The candidate must be based in Lima and available to work in a hybrid mode (office/remote). **How You’ll Stand Out** * Prepare service, solution, and spare parts offers. * Proactively interact with internal and external suppliers to track, obtain, and review proposals. * Independently collaborate with quoting, engineering, procurement, sales, and operations departments across various countries and regions. * Keep all opportunity-related information up-to-date using available internal tools and CRM systems. * Analyze, prepare, and generate marketing and sales reports and insights as required. **What You Bring** * Currently pursuing a degree in Control, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering, with knowledge in automation, industrial control, or control systems (expected graduation soon). * Intermediate-level English proficiency. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, and generative AI. * Ability to work effectively both in teams and independently. * Ability to collect, analyze, and present market and trend information in a structured manner. * Analytical and methodical mindset for handling proposals of varying complexity. **About the Team** Our team specializes in designing and preparing service, project, and spare parts offers.
