Position Summary: Coordinate, administer, and execute tasks related to the operation and functionality of assigned SAP modules, ensuring compliance with requirements. Key Highlights: 1. SAP configuration integration and verification **POSITION MISSION:** Coordinate, administer, and execute tasks related to the operation and functionality of assigned SAP modules to ensure compliance with user department requirements regarding expected functionalities. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Analyze and coordinate configuration requirements for functionalities in assigned modules, in collaboration with user departments. Develop and implement new functionalities in assigned modules. Analyze, verify, and coordinate integration of configuration changes executed by third-party service providers for assigned modules. Administer SAP users for other assigned modules. Verify usage of implemented functionalities. In 2007, Aluminum Corporation of China (CHINALCO) established Minera Chinalco Perú S.A. (Chinalco Perú) to build, develop, and operate the Toromocho copper megaproject. The Toromocho Mining Unit has been the first world-class copper mine fully executed and developed from inception abroad by a Chinese enterprise. It is located in the district of Morococha, province of Yauli, department of Junín, at an altitude exceeding 4,500 meters above sea level. It features a concentrator plant processing approximately 117,200 tons of ore per day. Today, Chinalco Perú is one of the most important enterprises within China Copper and CHINALCO’s largest wholly-owned foreign subsidiary. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in SYSTEMS ENGINEERING, INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING, COMPUTER ENGINEERING, or ELECTRONIC ENGINEERING. Minimum 6 years of general work experience, including 2 years in the mining sector and 3 years in the target position. Advanced English proficiency. Advanced proficiency in Excel, MS Project, and SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). **Desirable Certifications:** SAP MM / SAP HR / SAP PM / SAP FI / SAP BW certifications. Willingness to work in Lima office. **REQUIRED TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:** Business case analysis and interpretation, and functional specification and solution design.
