Job Summary:
Responsible for leading and managing the evaluation, quotation, repair, and parameter recording of internal and customer-owned equipment and components.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the evaluation and repair of equipment and components.
2. Diagnose faults and operate test instruments.
3. Prepare repair reports and test protocols.
**Supervisor Maintenance Technician \- Workshop**

**Main Responsibilities:**
* Responsible for leading and managing the evaluation, quotation, repair, and parameter recording of internal and customer-owned equipment and components.
* Evaluation and repair of equipment according to model and serial number.
* Fault diagnosis of equipment or components received in the workshop to define the repair process.
* Diagnosis and operation of test instruments (Prolink, Minidiag, Vodia).
* Preparation of repair reports and test protocols.
* Initial start-up and pre-commissioning of equipment at mine sites.
* Other tasks assigned by supervision.
* Conduct risk assessments (JHAs or similar client-required assessments, if applicable) prior to performing work.
**Requirements:**
* Technical education (2–3 years) and/or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
* Specialization in heavy equipment (desirable).
* Courses and/or workshops in maintenance management, hydraulics, electrical, and electronics (desirable).
* Minimum 7 years of technical experience and 2 years supervising heavy machinery line equipment.
* Valid A2B driver’s license (mandatory)
