Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Telecommunications Supervisor to lead multidisciplinary teams in IT and OT infrastructure projects within the mining industry. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently seeking a: **Technical Supervisor \- Telecommunications** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience leading multidisciplinary work teams. * Solid knowledge of OT infrastructure, structured cabling, and plant systems. * Willingness to travel and work on rotating shifts. * Familiarity with ITIL-based service models. * Knowledge of Peruvian mining legislation. * Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, OSHA 18001\) * Residence in the southern region of the country. (Mandatory) * Valid driver's license with minimum 2 years of validity. **Responsibilities:** * Monitoring and tracking project execution, including fiber optic cable laying and structured cabling. * Preparation of construction schedules; ability to coordinate with support departments. * Management of internal staff and contractors. * Coordination of activities with the client. * Participation in operational tasks.
