




Job Summary: Provides technical support to users, resolves software and hardware issues, configures devices, and performs technical services on computers and mobile phones. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive technical support for software and hardware. 2. Equipment and peripheral maintenance and configuration. 3. Knowledge of soldering and electronic components. Knowledge of systems and/or related fields. * Provide user support when software and/or hardware issues arise. * Resolve minor technical issues with computers. * Configure printers and hardware devices and other peripherals. * Perform technical services on equipment as requested by users or in case of failure. * Disassemble computers and/or mobile phones. * Solder charging ports and other parts (soldering and electronic component knowledge). * Install operating systems. * **Office help desk.** Salary: S/.922\.29 \- S/.1,700\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
