Job Summary: Join us as an Installation and Technical Support Technician to install, maintain, and provide technical assistance for equipment, delivering direct solutions to customers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Diagnosis and repair of faulty equipment 2. Preventive maintenance and customer training 3. Preparation of technical reports and document control Join our team as an **Installation and Technical Support Technician** and participate in equipment installation, maintenance, and technical support, providing direct solutions to our customers. **Main Responsibilities:** * Diagnosis of faulty equipment * Equipment repair as part of after-sales service * Preventive maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, oiling) * Creation of video tutorials on equipment usage * Customer training on product usage * Support for internal training sessions * Preparation of technical reports * Document control and inventory management * Support for the logistics department **Requirements:** * Technical graduate or bachelor's degree in: Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics * Minimum experience of **6 months to 1 year** in similar roles * Intermediate English * Basic Office software proficiency * Availability for on-site work **Benefits:** * Salary: **S/1800** * Bonus payments * CTS (Compensatory Time Savings) * Vacation days * Essalud health insurance * Opportunities for learning and technical development **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:30 am – 6:00 pm * 2 Saturdays per month: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm Salary: S/.1,800\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
