Physical stamina and ability to manage suppliers Company **ACVO INGENIERIA Y CONSTRUCCIÓN SAC** is seeking a **WAREHOUSE CLERK** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical diploma or graduate in administration, accounting, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience in the construction industry or similar fields. * Knowledge of warehouse management and optimization. * Familiarity with inventory management or Kardex systems. * Procedures for receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. * Ability to perform physical labor (loading and unloading goods). * Strong interpersonal and supplier management skills. * Knowledge of material storage systems and handling practices. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Coordinate and validate purchase orders placed with suppliers, ensuring compliance with required specifications. * Supervise goods receipt, verifying conformity with agreed quantities, quality, and prices. * Supervise and coordinate warehousing activities, ensuring proper organization and maintenance of goods. * Organize, distribute, and code warehouse tools and materials. * Update and process records (tool loans, delivery vouchers, PPE withdrawals). * Receive and inspect goods from suppliers. * Conduct material receipt control. * Receive invoices and/or supporting documentation. * Report minimum stock levels to enable immediate replenishment. * Verify operational functionality of electric and manual tools prior to issuing them to operational staff. * Distribute materials assigned to each project.
