Handling pressure situations and reporting incidents **Reports to:** Warehouse Coordinator / Operations Manager **Location:** Cercado de Lima **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Deliver products to customers according to established routes and schedules. * Verify that delivered products match the corresponding shipping documents and assigned orders. * Maintain the assigned vehicle in good condition and promptly report any malfunctions or maintenance needs. * Safely load and unload products to prevent damage or loss. * Provide courteous and respectful treatment to customers, accurately representing the company’s image. * Comply with traffic regulations and internal safety policies. * Appropriately handle pressure situations arising from delivery deadlines, traffic conditions, or customer requirements. * Report incidents occurring during the route (deliveries, returns, complaints, delays). **Requirements:** * Completed basic education. * Valid A1 driver’s license. * Minimum 1 year of experience in delivery or driving delivery vehicles (mandatory). * Familiarity with delivery routes and areas. * Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight schedules. * Good physical condition for loading and unloading activities. **Benefits:** * Monthly salary: S/ 1,500\.00 * MYPE payroll registration * Working hours: Mon\-Fri: 9am to 6pm / Saturdays: 9am to 2pm * Overtime pay Employment type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Starting from S/.1,500\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
