Job Summary: We are seeking a driver to transport and deliver goods in Arequipa, lead and coordinate the crew, and manage order payments. Key Highlights: 1. Order payment management **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Completed secondary education. \- Valid driver's license AIIB or higher. \- Minimum 03 months of experience driving 2–5 ton vehicles within the city of Arequipa. \- Basic knowledge of Google Maps. \- Valid documentation. **COMPENSATION:** \- S/ 1,800 \+ S/ 100 (Attendance and punctuality bonus). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Transport goods within the city of Arequipa. \- Report route progress during working hours. \- Unload and deliver goods. \- Collect payments for orders together with the assistant. \- Report the status of delivered orders. \- Lead and coordinate the crew (Assembler and Assistant). **PAYMENT METHOD:** Biweekly payments: \- 40% in the first half of the month \- 60% at month-end. **BENEFITS:** \- Formal employment registration. \- ESSALUD \- SCTR \- Mandatory Life Insurance. \- Vacation days. \- Year-end and mid-year bonuses.
