Pleasant working environment A reputable company in the transportation and distribution sector is looking for top-performing **DELIVERY DRIVERS** holding a valid **A3B** or **A3C** driver's license for its branch in **COMAS**. **WHAT BENEFITS WILL YOU RECEIVE?** * Salary above market rate. * Bi-weekly and timely payments. * Work schedule from Monday to Saturday. * Full statutory payroll registration with 100% legal benefits. * Immediate payroll registration from day one. * Food card. * Performance-based bonuses. * Paid training and coaching. * ESSALUD, SCTR, and Life Insurance coverage as mandated by law. * Corporate agreements and discounts. * Incentive awards and recreational activities. * Pleasant working environment. **WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 2 years’ experience operating rigid vehicles. * Preferred experience in product distribution. * Valid A3B or A3C driver’s license. * Residence in areas adjacent to Northern Lima (Cono Norte). * Responsible, honest, and proactive driver. **WHAT ARE THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?** * Transport and distribute beverages across various districts of Northern Lima. * Perform pre-route checklist of products and vehicle documentation. * Daily inspection of vehicle safety and cleanliness equipment. * Collect payments for delivered products, as applicable. * Manage invoice and receipt delivery with delivery assistants. * Complete required settlement procedures at the depot upon completion of the delivery route. * Report any incidents occurring en route. * Attend safety talks and training sessions, correctly using personal protective equipment (PPE). * Comply with traffic regulations and safety standards expected of professional drivers.
