Training programs and career development path. **CASH-RECONCILING DRIVER** **Join RANSA – CBC**, one of the region's most important multilatin companies. **Position:** Cash-Reconciling Driver **Main Responsibilities:** * Drive the assigned delivery vehicle. * Transport and distribute carbonated beverages in plastic bottles. * Collaborate with **3 to 4 delivery assistants**, who handle unloading and product delivery. * Reconcile collected cash at the plant upon route completion. **Available Locations:** * Villa El Salvador * Huachipa * Comas (experience required only) **Requirements:** * Valid national ID (DNI). * Valid driver's license (Class A2B or higher). * No criminal record. * Maximum 20 points on driving record. * No outstanding debts exceeding S/ 3,000\. * Availability to reconcile cash at the end of each route. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, from 6:30 a.m. until route completion. **Compensation:** * Base salary: S/ 1,700\. * Bonuses: S/ 526\. * Family allowance: S/ 113 (if applicable). * Food card: S/ 91\. * Retention bonus: S/ 250 (one-time payment upon completing 3 months). **Benefits:** * Full payroll registration from day one. * CTS, bonuses, and vacation entitlements. * EsSalud and SCTR coverage. * Daily breakfast. * Complete uniform and personal protective equipment (PPE). * Commuter buses. * Corporate partnership agreements. * Training programs and career development path. * Scholarships for children, loans, and additional benefits.
