Safe and collaborative work environment **Electrical Technician \- Lima** **Job Description** We are looking for a committed, responsible, eager-to-learn, and service-oriented **Electrical Technician**, who will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on gastronomic, electrical, and gas equipment. Ensuring their operational efficiency and safety, the candidate will be specially trained on RATIONAL brand equipment. **Requirements** * Graduate or certified technician in Electricity, Industrial Electricity, Electrical Mechanics, or related fields. * Knowledge of maintenance for electrical, mechanical, and/or gastronomic equipment (desirable). * Skills: teamwork, responsibility, stress tolerance, and customer orientation. * Immediate availability. * Residence: Lima. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on gastronomic equipment within the HORECA sector (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering). * Conduct inspections, adjustments, calibrations, and functional tests. * Prepare detailed technical reports including operations performed, materials used, and time spent. * Report detected failures or incidents and follow up until resolution. **We Offer** * Formal employment contract from day one, with 100% statutory benefits. * Opportunity for professional development within a leading company in the industry. * Safe, collaborative, and continuous-improvement-oriented work environment. * Birthday bonus. * "Best Technician of the Month" bonus.
