EXTRUSION MACHINE OPERATOR

Job Summary: A professional with experience operating extrusion machinery, ensuring production quality, maintenance, and continuous improvement in the food industry. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate extrusion machines and ensure product quality 2. Perform preventive maintenance and machinery adjustments 3. Participate in continuous improvement projects **REQUIREMENTS:** Graduate, Industrial Electrician or Mechanic. Knowledge of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and/or food industry. Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience. Availability to work on-site at the plant. Age: between 25 and 45 years. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Operate extrusion machines during the assigned shift. Meet product quality and quantity requirements as specified in the Manufacturing Order. Verify quality parameters during the shift according to established quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Prepare production reports. Issue work orders when machinery malfunctions occur. Perform mixing operations (when required). Change molds. Adjust machine operating conditions. Perform barrel purging. Carry out preventive maintenance. Perform adjustment, assembly, verification, and control tasks for machines and mechanisms. Efficiently manage resources and tools used to perform assigned duties.
