Job Summary: We are seeking a Real Estate Manager – Negotiator to collect data, report on projects, and negotiate fair agreements with landowners in the project area. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in negotiation and agreement with landowners. 2. Monitoring of easement corridors and collection of critical information. 3. Direct interaction with stakeholders and follow-up on agreements. We are a company dedicated to Real Estate Management, Environmental Management, and Archaeological Assessments, ensuring nationwide execution of infrastructure and engineering projects. We are currently seeking new talent who share our purpose to join our team as a Real Estate Manager – Negotiator, to accurately collect data within the designated project area and reach fair and sustainable agreements with landowners and/or occupants. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct motorcycle patrols along electrical transmission lines to monitor encroachments within easement corridors. * Collect documentation verifying land ownership in the project area. * Inform direct and indirect stakeholders about the characteristics of the project to be developed in the area or about the need to develop the service. * Negotiate with landowners and/or occupants (land parcels). * Report progress using the prescribed format to the immediate supervisor. * Process and/or support payments to negotiated landowners and/or occupants. * Follow up on completed negotiations to ensure agreements are secured. * Account for and use allocated resources efficiently. * Use assigned transportation efficiently. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Geographical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electrical Technician. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and georeferenced graphical database software. * Personal motorcycle required. * Minimum one year of experience in similar positions. * Basic knowledge of GPS and Microsoft Office. * Skills: Strong negotiation ability and communication skills at all levels. * Competencies: Sociable, respectful interpersonal conduct, good writing skills, and ability to work under pressure. Salary: S/.2,000.00 - S/.2,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
